O Restaurante<\/h4>\n

Totalmente seguro e a cumprir toda as normas de seguran\u00e7a lan\u00e7adas pelas Autoridades de\u00a0Sa\u00fade, \u201cO Ermita\u201d volta a abrir portas para este novo normal. Situado na antiga Capela do\u00a0Bispo, \u00e9 um espa\u00e7o amplo, com uma decora\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica que faz justi\u00e7a aos verdadeiros pratos\u00a0alentejanos confecionados pelo Chef Duarte Laranjinho.<\/p>\n

Os Claustros s\u00e3o a op\u00e7\u00e3o perfeita para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um jantar nas noites quentes de
ver\u00e3o, bem como a pista de dan\u00e7a no Jardim das quatro esta\u00e7\u00f5es, com as estrelas como\u00a0tecto, v\u00e3o fazer com que a sua Festa seja inesquec\u00edvel.\u00a0
Caso prefira o conforto de uma sala o Refeit\u00f3rio dos Monges ou Passos Perdidos permitem-\u00a0lhe a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o em salas devidamente climatizadas.\u00a0
Para Cerim\u00f3nias religiosas, poder\u00e1 usar a Capela de Nossa Senhora da Sa\u00fade. O Convento\u00a0tem uma autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o especial para cerim\u00f3nias pontuais.

A ementa<\/h2>\n

Entre os diversos pratos na ementa, destacam-se a Sopa de Ca\u00e7\u00e3o, Sopa de Tomate, “Carr\u00e9”\u00a0de Borrego, “Lagartos” de porco preto com migas de espargos, “Tacos” de Bacalhau, entre\u00a0outras. Todos os pratos s\u00e3o complementados por uma garrafeira vasta que inclui uma\u00a0escolha cuidada de vinhos alentejanos, e pela variedade da excelente do\u00e7aria conventual e\u00a0regional.<\/p>\n

Com o Alentejo de fundo, Duarte Laranjinho de 34 anos, \u00e9 o Chef de Cozinha do restaurante \u201cO Ermita\u201d desde 2016. Sem nunca abandonar as suas ra\u00edzes alentejanas, trabalhou em v\u00e1rios Hot\u00e9is do distrito de \u00c9vora, onde teve o privil\u00e9gio de trabalhar\u00a0com o Chefe Ant\u00f3nio Nobre.

Localizado numa regi\u00e3o vitivin\u00edcola, com vinhos de extrema categoria, era indispens\u00e1vel\u00a0para \u201cO Ermita\u201d ter algu\u00e9m que a verdadeira paix\u00e3o fosse a gastronomia e a vinicultura,\u00a0combinadas. F\u00e1bio Nico \u00e9, desde 2017, o Sommelier respons\u00e1vel pela garrafeira do\u00a0restaurante. Especializado no\u00a0Wine and Spirit Education Trust International Wine and Spirit\u00a0Centre, hoje tem como desafio adaptar a cada prato o vinho que lhe faz jus.<\/p>\n
